Has anyone had good/not so good experience with the Paper Tiger software method of filing numerically and retreiving files by entering keywords into the software database?
It's time to overhaul our files and this sounds like an interesting method. I haven't purchased the software/system yet. We own/operate two businesses from our home office and manage a large household as well. Now, we have our files color-coded by entity (Business #1=blue, Business#2=Green, Household=Red). Would the Tiger system require us to 'merge' into one master numeric system. I am a CPA by training and feel more comfortable having three distinct sets of records, although I realize this makes it more challenging to administer.
