Aloha Marcy & Nancy!!
Hey Marcy GREAT job on organizing the HBB !!
I agree w/you -- I can get tons of stuff in it AND it's organized due to all the compartments AND it doesn't slip off the shoulder & actually feels *lighter*. :) Great Post !!!
Nancy, NT also seels "little bags" that you can buy for the HBB -- I keep cosmetics in one. I also have a pencil case I carry w/me for markers & pens/pencils/sharpener I constantly use when w/clients. I have organized the bag on "how often do I need this item" -- depending on the answer is whether or not I put the item in an "easy access area" or not. I keep 3 pairs of glasses w/me -- living in Maui I am constantly using prescription sunglasses everyday -- so that item is in the slot near the bag strap. Keys are in the open outside pocket & spare keys are on the clip inside. 2 of the large slots are used for reg. glasses & reading glasses. Course all glasses are stored in a case of their own first. Inside pocket holds micro-recorder, change purse & biz card holder. Wallet & stenopad fit easily inside. (the stenopad is encased in a stenocover I got from Levengers) Inside of that I can put brochures, more biz cards, calculator. I decided to encase my steno pad after I spent over 20 min. looking for it in someones office once. Unfortunately I put it down & it became camaflauged w/all their other papers :) Note: It was a new meeting of a potential client this happened on :) Not my steno pad stands out in a Brilliant Blue & I haven't lost it ever again in all these years :) (it's an important piece of cargo for me because I do all my assessments in it)
If you have any further questions -- fire away! One of the secrets to using the bag properly is to continually put the same item in the same space & I really like being able to put other cases w/in the bag to be able to separate "like items" :)
Hope this helps!!
Much Aloha,
