I use a softwared called InfoAccelerator which has the planner layout for your daily/weekly/monthly calendar and a phonebook for your contacts and data management. It works with most wordprocessing programs where you can create form letters to one or 50+ customers. You can only order it online or calling the company. www.baselineconnect.com I've tried Outlook, Sidekick, and a few others and I like this software best.
