: : I have a closet full of gift wrap, mooshed bows & ribbons, plus 14 spare toasters from our wedding 5 yrs ago (just kidding). How do I organize it all?

: Aloha Tonya...

: Whewh!! Glad you were "kidding" about the toasters :)

: As far as the giftwrap is concerned....there are some GREAT organizers with this in mind.

: You might be interested in checking out one of the "Hot Picks" in the Library from last year:http://www.123sortit.com/resources/hotplib.html & select "Spring 1997" There is a product called "Pet Pockets" -- the same company produces an organizer for Gift Wrap that is made in a similar fashion - great design, well constructed & reasonably priced. All the contact info is listed on the page.

: Now if you have *heaps* of gift wrap to organizer, Rubbermaid also makes a trimline container that will fit under your bed for this purpose. You can find it at your local Eagle Hardware store. I would suggest that you categorize your giftwrap & "label" the containers so you know immediately what the contents are as well (label 5 sides so you (or anyone else) can see it from any direction without creating a mess while searching for what you really need :)

: Hope this helps ....& maybe you want to make a pact with yourself not to purchase anymore until you use what you have? Remember, even if it's on sale -- it's not such a great deal if you sacrafice desperately needed space in the process :)
