i feel your pain. my boyfriend has an addiction to bicycles and accessories and between the two of us we own 6 bikes. we use one of those bike racks which holds 4 bikes and it takes up very little space. you can usually find them in
any bike catalog. they look like a pole that goes from the ceiling to the floor with brackets
to hang the bikes by. for the bike accessories, tubes, extra chains, tools, i purchased a storage box (sort of like a toolbox) that has different compartments to separate everything (you can find those in your local home store. good luck!
