Pez dispensers, yikes. We have a bunch of them on our kitchen windowsill. Between those and the plants, there have been late spring days when I've decided I'd rather sweat than try to open the window.
Couple of ideas come to mind. Back in typewriter-and-carbon-paper days, we old geezers who worked in offices used to have all kinds of rubber stamps, and to organize them we used stamp holders. This was a carousel sort of thing with one or two tiers, and around the perimeter of each tier were spring clips that gripped the handles of the rubber stamps. Then you just turned the carousel around and took the stamp you needed. Those clips would probably hold the long upright part of a Pez dispenser. I don't know if office-supply stores still carry stamp holders, but if not, you can probably find them in used office furniture or resale stores.
Another possibility, if someone in your house is handy, is to take a block of wood, lay it on its side, and drill vertical holes in the upper surface for the dispensers to sit in. I don't have one with me at the moment, but I'd guess holes around 3/4" diameter and 1 1/2" deep would do it. I'm guessing you have a bunch of the things, so you could either use a wedge-shaped block or fasten smaller blocks atop larger ones (for example, a 2x6 piece for the bottom layer, then a 2x4 for the second, and a 2x2 for the top) to make Pez bleachers, as it were. Then of course you'd sand and stain the wood to make a nice-looking display stand.
