If you're like me your address book has new phone numbers crossed over old ones with people you don't contact anymore etc.. Buy an index box/cards which
a) gives you an entire card to put all the personal info about that person ie. b'days, e'mail, office no.etc
b)if the personal details about the person changes ie. they move house you simply write up a new card and throw out the old one.
NB. Put your old address book into some sort of deep storage just in case you do need that 'old' number!
