I use Quicken to keep the accounts for our church. I am the Treasurer. I have Quicken installed on the computer at the church office as well as in my home. I do my checks here and export the transactions to disk and import them on the office computer so that the file is updated and current for info I might need to access while there. Perhaps your husband could do likewise.
