I'm not sure about organizng coupons, but I can tell you that I get all the coupons I need from this book called "Coupon Connection". You pick the coupons from their list of over 1200 brand names. So you can have a coupon for almost evrything you're going to buy. Also, if you sell these books to other people, it can be good extra $$$. Write for more details.
