I see Ralphene gave you some excellent suggestions!! :) The only thing I would add to is, instead of an Accordian File -- you could invest in some "Slash Pockets" (by Esseltte -- the 3 hole punch style -- or punch them out yourself) & place them all in a binder alphabetically for easy access. Use the Avery color tabs for creating your sections.
I normally shy away from the use of accordian files with clients because in all my years of experience as a PO, I've seen far too many *important* papers get crunched to the bottom using these systems. Now, if you are *super* neat an accordian file "can" work ...just take your time putting the papers in so nothing becomes mutilated in the process.
