Aloha Angie....

I remember this post was in the "Business BBS" too -- so I will post my response here as well ....

Hmmm, your point are VERY valid. And I would like to suggest that you can have the best of both worlds. If you follow down a
few threads in this BBS -- you will see a lengthy discussion regarding Paper TIger -- I highly suggest conyacting DJ Watson
...1,2,3 SORT IT's resident PaperTiger guru -- the beauty of the PT system is that you can find anything you need/want in 5
seconds or less! So talk to our pro out here :)

The other thing I would like to congratulate you on ...is taking the initiative to revamp a file system that is *not* working. You'd
be surprised how many people *inherit* a system that does not work -- yet they remain stuck in it. Remember to create a your
system utilizing the "first" way you think of the individul paper use -- the first word (way) that comes to mind is a guarantee you
WILL be able to find it. Stay away from hotsy-totsy sophisticated words -- that will set you up at a later date to "hunt & peck"

Hope this helps! And DO contact DJ! (www.123sortit.com/sorganized)
