I had the same problem, and the way I've dealt with it
is that I have two loose-leaf recipe books (3-ring,
with pages the size of 1/2 a standard size piece of
paper, that
get recipes taped into them and then X-acto'd out
if I don't like them. One is tested and approved
recipes. The other is ones (b'zillions) I'd like to try. That
way, you know where to go if you're being adventurous,
or if you know you've used and liked the recipe
before.
