Sorry, I think it's hopeless. We have a tiered table, chock full of magazines, catalogs, books. Large coffee table is stacked w/ paper stuff on top & fullsize shelf.
"Stuff" increases to utilize all extra space provided. A corollary to "work expands to fill the time alloted." We have recently given away a bunch of clothes to charity, but everything else still multiplies. Ellen
