I just wanted to let you know how wonderful it is to do business with the EZ Pocket Company.
First of all, the order arrived promptly. When the wrong color had been sent on one of the items, I called the company. One of the partners left a message on my answering machine that same day, informing me that a replacement item was being sent. Along with the replacement item, a return envelope with the correct postage already on it, was sent so when I received the correct item, I could easily return the first one. If I remember correctly, they called me one more time and definately sent me an e-mail telling me when the replacement item would arrived. It came on the very day that they said it would.
Finally, the products are wonderful in my opinion. If every company operated like EZ Pocket, the economy would never have a slump. Just an exaggeration, I know, but I can't restrain my enthusiasm.
