I found that the seed starter trays that accomodate 2 1/2 or 3 inch plants work real well for many ornaments. I have over 100 Precious Moments Ornaments and I just put them in there and stack them using the tray that would normally collect the water. Then, stack them in a closet.
They fit just perfectly.
