Aloha Amedula,

Ergonomically designed work areas will create less stress on the body in even a short amount of time!! Hence, the *comfort factor* IS important for increased demands of efficiency.

After working in Corporate America for numerous years (in my other life) & taking much of the environment
*as a given*, I can honestly tell you from a *voice of experience*, that the lack of an ergonomically designed environment was in direct correlation to the output of work I was able to perform upon relocating & taking on another position. {...& this is coming from a "type A" personality!!} Within 6 months I had created a painful stress w/in my body due to poorly designed ergonomic systems where I worked .

Keep in mind that comfort is essential to even a self-employed or small business person. Beyond the comfort factor, organization is obviously a contributing factor to efficient & effective work performance.

Hope this helps!

Much Aloha,
