Dear Sir,
We are in need of 1 unit Insulating Oil Treatment Equipment. The specifications required are the ff:
I ) TECHNICAL FEATURES AND REQUIRMENTS
a. Type: Wheel mounted weather proof trialer type
b. Duty: continuous
c. Nominal oil flow rate ( liter/ hr.) : not less than 5000
d. Treatment efficiency :
1. Particles larger than 1 micron, irrespective of the specific gravity removed
over : 99.9 %
2. Water content, less than (ppm) : 8 ppm
3. Gas content: less than (volume percent) : 0.5
e. Provide with the ff: instrumentation:
1. Vaccum gage: must be perine type and equivalent
2. Pressure gauge(upstream filters)
3. Oil thermometer
4. Integrated dial type flowmeter
5. Dew point meter , - 80 C to 20 C
6. Waste content measuring instrument:
7. Hygrometer, 0- 100 %
8. Oil Filter: capacity of 1000 liters/ hr. minimum
9. Vacuum treatment: flow rate, 300 cu. meter/ hr.
10. Transformer drying:
a. Vacuum , mbar: 0.5 - 2
b. Flow rate: 300 cu. meter/ hr.
11. Insulating oil tester, 60 kV/2.5mm gap
f. Power supply
1. Oil treatment equipment, Vac: 460 Vac, 3 phase, 60 hz.
2. Oil insulating test set, Vac: 230 Vac, 1 phase, 60 hz.
II ) The equipment and istrumentation shalll be designed with the following auxiliary power supply:
a. ) Motor for Insulating Oil ratment Equipment: 460 Vac, 3phase, 60 hz.
b.) Space heater if required: 230 Vac, 1 phase, 60 hz.
c.) Internal lights and convinience outlets. 230 Vac, 1 phase, 60 hz.
d.) Annunciator system: By supplier
e.) Oil test set: 230 Vac, 1 phase, 60 hz.
III ) SPARE PARTS REQUIRED
a.) Complete set of cartridges of filters : 10
b.) Sets of gasket of each type used: 5
c.) Vaccum pump motor: 2
d.) Bearing of each type: 1
e.) Temometer of each type: 1
f.) Lamps of each type used: 1
g.) Oil for vaccum pump : 1 gal. can for each type
IV) TEST REQUIRED
a.) Test reports required for the insulating oil treatment equipment to be
supplied. This must be in accordance to the ANSI standard or IEC
standard.
