Hmmmm....I'm not sure if you have your measurements correct -- are you sure it's 1200 sq ft for *100* people??? That would be a challenge for anyone!

If you give me an idea of where you are located I can see if there is a Professional Organizer in your area that specializes in space management -- as it would be very difficult to give you ideas without physically seeing the area in question.
