I am a dentist who manages my own payable system. Since I have established my practice, I have always filed my payables according to vendor. Now, 8 years later, my files are overflowing and no employee wants to go near my files to add the next paid invoice! I am running out of space and want to achieve an organized system. My fear is discarding an ivoice in case the IRS comes knocking! Any ideas on how and what to save and discard??
