Hmmm, a flammthrower is not recommended :) Have you seen the FlexSort product in our "Organizing Tools" section??
It's a GREAT product for people like yourself who **need** numerous files at hands reach most of the time.

As far as the CD's are concerned Avery makes a wonderful organizer that grows with your needs. This nifty product can hold up to 120 CD's in a 6"x5"x3" space! The manuals that are a "must have reference" tool sound like they could use some sturdy 9" metal bookends (make sure they are all labeled on the outside binder)

If all else fails -- maybe you may want to enter the "In Search of the Most Dis-organized Office on Maui" contest??? Just submit a 300 word essay (in your free time?) on why you are dis-organized & why you want to be more organized. Submit your essay along with a picture of your office & mail it to our office. The winner receives over $2000 worth of services & organizing tools.
