STOP! Whatever you attempt to do from this point on without the proper knowledge of Norton Utilities could compile your current situation!

I would give the folks at Norton Utilities a call a.s.a.p.! So long as you have a lic. piece of software & not a pirated copy -- you will find these folks VERY helpful !!! It would be too tedious to assist you via this BBS -- call the pros & get their expert assisitance via a phone call.
