Getting a business started

I am at a crucial turning point in my life, I will be graduating in a couple of weeks from college and am anxious to start my career. I am toying with two ideas, both of which I need some advise on how to start. One option is to start my own personal/professional organizing business. The other option is to find one person where I would act as their sole organizer/personal assistant. I am not sure how to go about either of these things and am anxious for advise on what you suggest from your experiences. I think I would enjoy both, however I think that I would gain more satisfaction from helping one or a few people stay organized. I like the idea of bonding with that one person and truly helping them. Any advise/suggestions?
