The FCC states the following rule:

"Unsolicited advertisements may not be transmitted by any device unless the person receiving it has given prior express invitation or permission to receive it. If the sender and the recipient have an established business relationship, an invitation or permission to receive unsolicited advertisements is presumed to exist.
However, the recipient may end an established business relationship by requesting that no further unsolicited advertisements be sent, thus revoking any invitation or permission to receive further transmissions."

Note: that the mere publication of a fax number, url or email id -- in a directory or SE -- does NOT constitute "permission" to send correspondence, or post solicitations nor represent an "established business relationship."

The FCC has dealt out more than $1 million in fines for unsolicited faxes, & postings to websites just in the last six months. DON'T be next!!!

You are hereby ordered to "Cease & Desist" your unauthorized posts to 1,2,3 SORT IT™ Organizing Solutions -- Innovative Tools
