Aloha Jackie,

My apologies for "not being on the boards" for a while here. Unfortunately, I managed to injure myself in such a way that typing was out of the picture for a while!

Hmmmm, sounds like the "Desk Organizing Recipe" is exactly what you are looking for! Go to:
http://www.123sortit.com/registered/index.html ...there is a *sample text* for the desk right there. If you like it...the entire pdf is at your disposal for a minimal fee.

One thing I would like to mention that will reclaim alot of your space is...you do *not* need the original boxes your software came in taking up what I consider 'valuable real estate" on the desktop surface. Use a CD organizer to house the software, & only place the books you use *repeatedly* in the vicinity of the computer. (I store my books in a supply close because these days I hardly ever need to refer to them. The more versed I become w/any new software, the farther away from the desk the actual book is stored)

Also, you might want to look into the *Library* section of this site for different types of products we have reviewed in the past. The more up to date products I highly recommend are in the *Orders to Go* section.

I feel confident that you will find exactly what you need to reclaim that gorgeous desk!

Good Luck...keep us posted on your progress & Happy Organizing!

Much Aloha,
