I would love to assist you with a *more specific* question...after you get a chance to read the 200+ pages in this website. Some of the very same questions you ask in a general format are covered in great detail in this website.

Considering it is about 21 megs of quality info...I'd be more than happy to answer something more specific if you do not find the content in the site meets your needs....so kick back & feel free to download any of the pages for your reference.
