Automatic Floor Scrubbers

I've been searching for a reliable automatic floor scrubber (other than my children :) ....the only type I can find are the ones ment for commercial use that cost thousands of dollars. I have about 700 square feet of tile, but would like to find one that runs off of a rechargeable battery, dispenses, scrubs, sucks up the old dirty water into another container. It would also need to be able to reach under counter toe-spaces....any suggestions?? The smallest commercial one I could find was a 7 gallon tank, but it did 26,000 square feet of floor space...way to big still. I'm thinking 1-3 gallons would probably be about right???? Thanks!!!!
