I do stamping and have a lot of stamps but nothing quite like the amount you would have. This works for me. I use those clear picture frames that are like a little box. I sort my stamps by category and put them in the 8x10 size by just removing the cardboard back that they have. They are usually about 8x10 by 1 1/2 or 2". They are cheap and can be stacked if you put them into another container, so I usually have several in a container (a cardboard box, Tupperware or those portable file cabinets work well.) It also makes them easier to transport or loan out to friends.
