Dear Chris, cinder blocks are pretty heavy and won't move easily. I'm wondering though, are the mattresses and box springs the same size? Is it just the legs that are different? Maybe you could put the shorter mattress on the taller legs to even things out a bit. If it is just the legs that are different heights, you might consider moving both beds directly to the floor. HTH.
