I'm using a binder, and page protectors.
I sorted by categorey, beef, chicken, vegetable, desert, etc.
I did this while watching TV one night.
The next night I put recipes into sheet protectors.
I put no more than 2 or 3 recipes in each page protector.
Then as I try each recipe, I either trash it,
or add it to a family favorites notebook.
